Every work is important in this world to run the day-to-day affairs. If majority of the masses concentrates towards one professional then there will be scarcity of the professionals in the other fields of life. Although the education of the modern age is so much important but to ignore other fields totally bring the system on the verge of collapse. Like teaching it’s a very much important field to provide education to the illiterate population. Teaching is as important as other segments of professions. Teachers provide basic know how in the initial stage which later on pave the way for higher education. In the developing countries there is a scarcity of medial professionals. Scarcity of doctors is felt in the developing countries especially in their interior cities, leaving big cities.
God has gift the human with incredible born hidden qualities, if they pursue these fields they have inside then remarkable results may be obtained due to their inborn hidden qualities. Nature has not blessed limited professions; it has given enormous blessings almost in every field of life, the example of these blessings may be witnessed with the help of development and progress the human being has achieved over the years.
According to Abraham Maslow – everyone should do his own work, musician should make music, a painter should paint, a poet should write poems, in short he must do what he is born for, what he has inside.
People tend to concentrate on specific subjects for their children in the initial stages like science, math and Computer. They feel happy when they see that their child has got remarkable marks in the desired subjects, and if the results come contrary they feel embarrassed. People ignore the fact that has their child; they do not evaluate what their child has hidden qualities inside.
I believe that all professions should be equally followed and we have the potential and talent to create a sustainable world where we can live with harmony according to our environment. But for this purpose we should shift our mind fundamentally, that can drive our attitude and actions in the right direction. I believe that human being is born with innate talents and hidden qualities. With proper guidance and supervision everyone can discover his own world and can excel in his field. Unfortunately the prevailing education system is not conducive for this purpose, we should keep in mind that one size does not fit to all. Our educations system should provide satisfaction and uniqueness to everyone and nurture accordingly.
